This is the first Question comes in 9th and 10th student Standard. what you can do when you learn programming or where you have to start there's a lot of question....So i'll answer your each and every question. We all need some kind of language to communicate each other like that machine or computer also need a language to understand the Human instruction. So Programming language is the way to communicate computer. Programming language consist of instruction for computer.   Now you all know what is programming language.
